About the Band
London Indie songsmiths will have you dancing and singing along in seconds. Based South of the River think Squeeze, The Jam and The Kinks as they would have sounded in 00's. Good looking lads too.
1984 formed early 2006 off the back of Thee Unstrung's (Poptones/Mercury) split in late 2005. Ex Thee Unstrung front man /song writer Steve Holbrook turned to Rob Power for song collaboration along with Ben Tweedy on Drums and Gareth Sutherland on guitar.
The London band are heavily influenced by the 60's and 90's and will have you singing while you rock in seconds. 1984 began performing their ecclectic live set late 2006 wowing crowds up and down the country.
If they're in a town near you, don't miss it!
The lads are all early 20's, based in South London (except Rob - West) and coincidentally share the same favourite colour.....Blue.

Why we feel strongly about climate change
Because although I don't know much about it I know that it's going to dramatically change the way we live our lives. We are at risk of upsetting mother nature to such an extent that she becomes our enemy.
